Latin America is the second region in the world with the highest per capita alcohol consumption, and Chile is the country with the highest rates of intake are given, according to a report released today by the World Health Organization (WHO).
The ranking is led Latin America in Chilean, where a yearly per capita consumption of 9.6 liters of pure alcohol. When divided by gender, the report reveals that Chilean annually consume 13.9 liters and 5.5 liters Chilean. The second in the list is Argentine, third Venezuela.
The text indicates that excessive alcohol consumption not only leads to a harmful dependency, and increased violence and therefore the possibility of hurt, but is related to the risk of developing more than 200 diseases, including cirrhosis and some cancers.
That is interesting for me, because I think that it's unbelievable cause pain and destroy to themself. And I don't understand the world, where they prefer violent, sick people, to calm people who smoke marijuana for example.
The only reflection the I have one more time, it's that we live in a sick society, where the most important thing is money, only the money, and ones again the money. Still have a long way to improve, and the first change depends on us.

Stay calm, Bachelet's reform will increase alcohol's taxes and finish with this problem haha
ResponderEliminarWhen an alcoholic wants alcohol, nothing can stop him. So, the reform doesn't work that way.
ResponderEliminarThis report is very sad for our country. It feels really good being the first one in something, but being in alcohol consumption is shameful. And yes, we are living in a sick society only worried about the money.
It seems the money is for the alcohol!
